Gerard de Boer has been working as a project analyst for TI Georgia since 2011 and plays a crucial role in the health care project. In his young career he has been working for a consultancy company in the Netherlands on the subject of political uncertain risks.

Gerard holds a Master Degree Public Administration from Leiden University and a Master certification for Risk and Uncertainty from the Maastricht University. He is specialized in democratization processes and the role of international organizations in post Soviet countries. He recently published one of his articles “What is the EU doing in Georgia?” about the role of the EU in the democratization process of Georgia.
