Paata has been working for TI Georgia since June 2011 as a Court Monitor, in Judicial Independence and Legal Empowerment Project (JILEP) focusing on court monitoring and  property rights issues. In the given project  his main functions were monitoring administrative cases in the Civil Court and giving free legal consultation to the citizens about property rights violence issues.

In September 2011 Paata joined the Political Finance Monitoring Project as a Legal Assistant, including monitoring of abuse of administrative resources, campaign finance and party finance in general. In the given project Paata's tasks are as follow: obtain information about budgets, social programs, public activities of political parties and regional projects from different state departments; process the received information and accordingly take part in drafting the press releases, blogs and reports.
