The project aims at systematically monitoring the activities of the Permanent Council on Open Governance in its drafting and implementation of the Open Parliament Action Plan. TI Georgia will produce two implementation assessment documents of the Action Plans, create the online monitoring web-platform www.ogp.ge, as well as contribute to the formulation and inclusion of ambitious commitments on transparency, accountability and citizen engagement.
