Objective of this project tis to strengthen the justice system through increasing the professionalism of judges at the Georgian Common Courts. Provide the judiciary with the relevant international case law materials, international expertise.  Foster debate and advocate for the need to reform the arbitration and competition law proceedings (including enforcement of arbitral awards) and support the creation of effective arbitration and competition law procedures at the courts.
