Over the years, the relationship between the major donors to the “Georgian Dream” and public procurements and current state programs for economic subsidies has become apparent. In many cases, the recipients of huge sums given by the government to businesses are the donors [5] to the “Georgian Dream”. These factors raise a legitimate suspicion of systemic corruption, which severely undermines the fair electoral environment.
