• On October 21, the Ministry for Internally Displaced Persons from the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia posted [1] on its Facebook page a message from the minister, where he mentions meeting with internally displaced persons in Kobuleti together with Gia Tsxonia, a candidate for the Georgian Parliament from “Georgian Dream,” and Zotne Ananidze, a candidate for the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara from the same party.

This meeting [2], attended by two candidates of the ruling party, was essentially a pre-election event. Sharing information about this type of meeting by a state agency constitutes the use of administrative resources for the benefit of the ruling party, which is prohibited by the Election Code.
