In the voter list supplement, there are 107 voters registered as mobile ballot box users. Many people on the list have said that they are planning to turn up at the polling station and never asked to have the mobile ballot box delivered to their homes. The 107 phone calls requesting inclusion of these individuals on the mobile ballot box list were made from five different phone numbers. Of these numbers, two belong to National Movement coordinators Gela Kalandarishvili and Nodar (last name unknown). They have confirmed that
they both phoned the electoral precinct and supplied the data.

Several statements requesting the use of the mobile ballot box at different addresses have been obtained.
Judging by the handwriting, these statements are likely to have been written by the same person. Considering the information described above, suspicions arise that the mobile ballot box lists have been rigged in these precincts.
Lagodekhi Electoral District #15, Kabala village Electoral Precinct #1
The inking device was out of order. Voting still began and the control sheet was dropped into the ballot box.Lagodekhi Majoritarian MP Guram Kakalashvili was in the polling station and instructed Precinct Electoral Commission Chairman Adlat Sardarov not to accept complaints. The latter complied with the instruction.There was a group of people outside the polling station who later entered the station and forced observers to leave. There was a security police officer outside the polling station but he did not react to the incident.

An observer’s complaint was not registered. There was no electricity, so the copier did not work.

One of the commission members was standing by the ballot box. The commission member asked voters to
show the marked ballot papers before dropping them into the ballot box.
Khelvachauri Electoral District #96, Electoral Precinct #69, Detention Facility #3
The rules for filling out ballot papers established by the Central Electoral Commission were not displayed in the voting area. A TI Georgia observer filed a complaint with the precinct electoral commission. As a result, the problem was addressed.
