Expert House LLC, a company co-owned by Giorgi Japaridze, son of Member of Parliament Viktor Japaridze, has received 10,446,411 GEL from state procurement since 2018. During this time, it has won 24 tenders and concluded 8 simplified procurements. The company received its last tender worth 990,000 GEL from the Mestia Municipality in April 2026.

The main activity of Expert House LLC is to supervise the construction works of infrastructure facilities in various municipalities, including those carried out through state procurement. In other words, any company affiliated with the Georgian Dream will win a construction tender and Giorgi Japaridze's company Expert House will verify the integrity of the work performed and certify it to a specific municipality.

“Expert House” LLC is a company registered in 2016, Giorgi Japaridze owns 43% of its shares, Murad Jobava owns 5%, Irakli Kelbakiani owns 20%, and Kakhaber Gamisonia owns 32% of the shares and is the director. It is worth noting that 43% of “Expert House” shares were previously owned by Viktor Japaridze’s eldest son, Otar Japaridze, who sold this share to his brother in March 2023 for 300,000 GEL.

Individuals associated with Expert House are also noted among political donors: Kakhaber Gamisonia donated 15,000 GEL to Georgian Dream in 2014, and Murad Jobava donated 47,000 GEL to the same party in 2014-2017.

The above circumstances and the direct ties of Expert House LLC to the Georgian Dream raise doubts regarding the legality of its involvement in state procurement, which requires an impartial and objective investigation.
