Transparency International Georgia conducted training on program budgeting for Mestia City Council members and City Hall staff on March 4. The training was delivered by Nino Loladze, a lecturer at the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA). We will continue to cooperate with the Mestia Municipality in the future and will facilitate its transition to a fully programmed budget system.
