Three companies linked to Koba Putkaradze, the son of Gocha Putkaradze, the Khelvachauri District Court Chairman, and a donor to Georgian Dream are constructing three residential buildings in Batumi with a total area of 129,000 square meters. The companies and their shareholders have significantly contributed to the Georgian Dream, totaling 486,000 GEL in donations.

Gocha Putkaradze served as a judge in various courts from 2003 to 2020 and has been the chairman of the Khelvachauri District Court since 2020. He was appointed as a lifetime judge in October 2016.

Koba Putkaradze, the son of Gocha Putkaradze, a donor to Georgian Dream, is the 100% owner and director of Monument Palace LLC, the 50% shareholder and director of Expertise Center LLC, and the 30% shareholder and director of Legal Advice LLC. He is also the director of Real Palace LLC (I/N 445394591), Akhali Era LLC, and another company named Real Palace LLC (I/N 445499620).

Koba Putkaradze, along with the shareholders of Akhali Era LLC and Real Palace LLC (I/N 445394591), donated a total of 486,000 GEL to Georgian Dream:

Akhali Era LLC is constructing a building on a 952-square-meter plot at Nodar Dumbadze Street #12, adjacent to Europe Square in Batumi. The building will have a total area of 5,361 square meters, including 2,776 square meters of residential space and 854 square meters for commercial organizations. 

Real Palace LLC (I/N 445394591) is constructing a multi-apartment residential complex with an area of 81,136 square meters at Giuli Shartava Avenue #16, near the Central Football Stadium in Batumi.

Real Palace LLC (I/N 445499620) is developing a multi-apartment residential complex with a total area of 42,098 square meters at Angisi Street #95 in Batumi.
