Transparency International Georgia Announces the Winners of Journalists' Competition

On April 20 under the framework of the project “Monitoring Plea Bargaining in Georgia” Transparency International Georgia announced a competition for the best article on the topic of Plea Bargaining. The organization received 13 articles. The articles were judged according the following criteria: •Originality •Conciseness •Relevance •Structure Two journalists have won the competition and shared a cash prize of 600 USD. They are Natia Rokva from the newspaper “Batumelebi” with the article “Price of Freedom Determined by Prosecutor” and Nino Gogua from the magazine “Liberali” with the article “from Plea Bargaining to Back Room Deal”. We congratulate both of them on winning. Attached you can find the winning articles. They are available only in Georgian language.
