Kutaisi Court of Appeal Judge Shota Siradze conceals his real estate and salary in his asset declaration
Judge Shota Siradze of the Court of Appeal of Kutaisi does not disclose real estate registered in his and his wife's name in his 2024 declaration. Shota Siradze is the father of Vazha Siradze, director of the patrol police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.

Violation I: Undeclared real estate — Shota Siradze did not include the following real estate in the asset declaration:
- 873 sq.m. plot of land with buildings on it in the city of Khobi
- 500 sq.m. plot of land with buildings on it in the village of Kulevi, Khobi municipality
- 5498 sq.m. plot of land in the village of Gurifuli, Khobi municipality
- 2785 sq.m. plot of land in the village of Gurifuli, Khobi municipality
In addition, he did not include the following real estate of his wife, Eka Lataria, in the declaration:
- 1000 sq.m plot of land in the village of Kulevi, Khobi municipality
- Two small areas (9.88 sq.m. and 13.43 sq.m.) in the city of Khobi.
Shota Siradze also did not include the following property owned by his mother, Mzia Siradze:
- 3150 sq.m. plot of land in the village of Gurifuli, Khobi municipality.
Violation II: Undeclared salary — Shota Siradze did not declare his annual income in either the 2024 or 2023 asset declaration.
Violation III: Undeclared business shares — Shota Siradze's wife Eka Lataria owns 100% of the shares of Kate Global LLC and at the same time is the director of the company, which is indicated in the declaration incompletely, omitting the shareholding.
In addition, Lataria is a shareholder of Global Oil LLC and co-founder and director of SRC Beraia and Company SPS. Gela Khuntsaria, Director of Global Oil LLC, donated 30,000 and 15,000 GEL to Georgian Dream in 2020-2021.
According to the Law of Georgia on the Fight Against Corruption, Shota Siradze, as a judge of the Kutaisi Court of Appeal, is obliged to disclose full information in his asset declaration.
Transparency International Georgia calls on the Anti-Corruption Bureau to study the violations revealed in the asset declaration of Shota Siradze and respond appropriately in accordance with Georgian law.
