Transparency International Georgia signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Supreme Council Of Adjara on February 28 in Chakvi, Adjara. TI Georgia is launching a new project in Adjara which will inform the public about the processes taking place in the Supreme Coucil of Adjara. Transparency International Georgia will use a website and SMS messages to provide the public with information on draft laws and initiatives submitted to the Supreme Council.

Transparency International Georgia started the same activities in the Parliament of Georgia one year ago. The project is financed by Open Society Institute.
