Transparency International - Georgia has appealed the decision of the Georgian Dream's Anti-Corruption Bureau in court
26 September, 2024
Transparency International Georgia has filed an administrative lawsuit with the Tbilisi City Court and has requested the annulment of the recent decision of the Anti-Corruption Bureau Head, Razhden Kuprashvili, by which the TI Georgia, an observer organization, as well as its Executive Director, Eka Gigauri, unlawfully and without any merits were designated as the persons having “declared electoral goals” and were subjected to relevant regulations.
Along with the lawsuit, we also have requested the court to issue a suspensive relief against the Anti-Corruption Bureau’s decision, pending the court’s final judgment.
