Former majoritarian is building apartment buildings, and his business partners donated 625 000 GEL to the Georgian Dream

Business partners Levan Mzhavanadze and Besik (Besarion) Bajelidze, who own construction companies, are major donors to the Georgian Dream. Levan Mzhavanadze is also a business partner of Khvicha Sharashidze, a former majoritarian deputy to the Supreme Council of Adjara. They started their joint construction business when Sharashidze represented the Georgian Dream in the Supreme Council.
Today, they and their other partners are donating money to the ruling party. The period of their construction work and donations coincide. In total, these individuals donated a total of 625,000 GEL to the Georgian Dream:

Levan Mzhavanadze, a financier of the Georgian Dream, and Khvicha Sharashidze, a majoritarian deputy from Shuakhevi Municipality in the Supreme Council of Adjara in 2016-2020, are business partners in Duplex LLC and Duplex-Construction Company LLC. They built and commissioned 2 multi-apartment residential buildings with a total area of 43,274 square meters in Batumi:

Levan Mzhavanadze also has other construction companies. He and Besik Bajelidze are business partners in 13 companies, 6 of which are active construction companies engaged in the construction and sale of apartment buildings. These companies have built a total of 217,350 sq m of apartment buildings, of which 5 projects with a total area of 206,367 sq m are in the ongoing/under construction status and 1 project with a total area of 10,983 sq m is completed and put into operation, namely:

Levan Mzhavanadze also owns 51% of Mukhrani Puri LLC, while the remaining 49% of the company is owned by Levan Grdzelidze. On December 15, 2021, the Batumi Municipality City Hall transferred to Mukhrani Puri LLC a 185 sq.m. non-agricultural land plot for temporary use for a period of 5 years, under the direct disposal rule, with an annual lease rent of 4,000 GEL. Levan Grdzelidze donated 20,000 GEL to the Georgian Dream.
