Former parliamentarian Yasha Shervashidze, his business partners and family members donated a total of 345,000 GEL to the Georgian Dream and the presidential candidate supported by the Georgian Dream, Salome Zurabishvili. Iasha Shervashidze was a majoritarian MP for the Keda district in the Parliament of Georgia from the United National Movement party in 2008-2012. He was re-elected as a majoritarian MP from Keda in 2012 from the National Movement, but immediately after the change of government, he switched to the Georgian Dream. During his term as an MP, he neither worked on a legislative initiative nor did he benefit from the right to speak. However, he and his family members, during and after his term as MP, developed their own businesses, owning shares in or managing 11 companies. 3 of them are construction companies.

• In "Gii XXI" LLC, the business partner of Yasha Shervashidze and his family member from the company's founding, September 14, 2010, to July 10, 2020, was the former Vice-Mayor of Batumi Municipality, Jaba Tughushi, who donated his 10% share to his father, Gabriel Tughushi, free of charge. Jaba Tughushi served as Vice Mayor from October 25, 2019 to July 15, 2020, and from February 1, 2018 to October 25, 2019, he was the Head of the Investment Policy and Grant Program Management Department of the Batumi Municipality City Hall and an advisor to the Mayor of Batumi on municipal infrastructure rehabilitation issues. In 2012, "Gii XXI" LLC began construction of a 24-story multifunctional 960-apartment complex in Batumi, adjacent to the New Boulevard, at Yusuf Kobaladze Street #8a, which was put into operation in 2019;
• LLC "MTZ-Company" was founded on February 1, 2018 by Yasha Shervashidze's wife, Zina Turashvili, and she headed it until August 10, 2020. After that the director of this company was Yasha Shervashidze. LLC "MTZ-Company" began construction of a 20-story residential building on March 15, 2022, on a 1,947 sq.m. plot of land in Batumi, at #27 Zhiuli Shartava Avenue, adjacent to the Central Football Stadium, consisting of 4 buildings and including 285 residential apartments, commercial spaces, entertainment facilities and other public institutions. These buildings were put into operation on June 6, 2025 and their total area is 19,571 sq.m.
• LLC "S I E L Holding" was founded on August 7, 2025 by LLC "MTZ-Company" and LLC "Khakhuta". It is headed by Yasha Shervashidze. Yasha Shervashidze also heads both founding companies, while LLC "MTZ-Company" is 100% owned by his wife, Zina Turashvili, and LLC "Khakhuta" is 100% owned by his son, Levan Shervashidze. LLC "S I E L Holding" owns a 30,685 sq.m. non-agricultural land plot with buildings located on it, located in Batumi, between Zhiuli Shartava Avenue #25, General Aslan Abashidze Street #16 and Petre Bagrationi Street #133a and Zhiuli Shartava Avenue #21, adjacent to the Batumi Central Stadium. In their place, Yasha Shervashidze is building 8 apartment buildings, of which 6 will be 33-storey, 106 meters high, and 2 will be 30-storey. Ultimately, buildings with a total area of ​​370,375 sq m will be constructed, which will house 4,246 apartments, commercial spaces, entertainment facilities and other public institutions. It is noteworthy that part of this construction area, a 922 sq. m plot of land, was won by LLC "Khakhuta" for 170,000 GEL in an electronic auction without competition held by the National Agency for State Property in September 2014, during the time of Yasha Shervashidze's deputyship.
