The company of Davit Chartolani, Koruldi LLC, wins tenders in the Mestia Municipality without competition. Chartolani is the former Deputy Head of the Bolnisi Municipal Administration, and he was also the Chief of the Election Headquarters of the Georgian Dream in 2012. The total value of the contracts received by Koruldi LLC is 2,247,897 GEL. In 2021, Koruldi LLC received one simplified procurement worth 67,069 GEL from the Mestia City Hall.

Davit Chartolani is a 100% shareholder and the director of the company. The Koruldi LLC was registered in 2020. The company is primarily involved in construction activities and exclusively participates in the Mestia City Hall procurements. The company won all 6 tenders, five times without competition and once by the disqualification of competitors. Out of 6 tenders won by Koruldi LLC,  five of them were awarded by the Mestia City Hall and the remaining one by the Mestia Municipality Sports Center.

It should be noted that Davit Chartolani, together with Otar Chartolani owns the company of the same name Koruldi LLC. Otar Chartolani is the donor of the Georgian Dream party and the business partner of the parliamentary majority MP Viktor Japaridze.

Transparency International Georgia calls on the Anti-corruption Agency of the State Security Service to examine the participation of Koruldi LLC in the Mestia Municipality procurements and establish whether it contains potential signs of corruption.
